If you or someone else is in need of medical assistance, then contact the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) by pressing the button on the red emergency phone.

The first aid station and AED are located upon entrance into the club and will have everything you need in case of an emergency.

If you suspect a fire, then press the nearest red fire call point

Evac plan

Evacuate the gym using the nearest and safest exit. Then, make your way to the assembly point (Signal Walk Playground).

Follow the Exit signs and DO NOT go back to collect your belongings.
